Returning to my 4-H roots in Maryland 2018 |
(Students: Your title should begin with your name followed by your 'Affiliation' in parenthesis e.g., (IMES, Quanta IIB, or Q-Capstone). Your image should be set as 'medium' and may be placed either to the left, center or right; include a caption. Do NOT copy/paste text from e.g., Word document)
My Project:
The goal of my project is to record audio, video, and photographs of the forest at each stage of the burn/regrowth cycle and translate them into paintings. By doing this, I hope to show the different stages of life during each part of the cycle and present them in an easily and immediately understandable way to our viewers. In this way, I hope to educate people like me, whose only ideas of logging were from Ferngully: the Last Rainforest and James Cameron's Avatar. By doing this, I hope to raise support and appreciation for our land management officials and encourage people to explore the land they manage.
(Students: poster is X-large size and centered; no caption needed. Poster font should be no smaller than 36 for adequate viewing. You may include an explanation following your poster; it has a 200 word-count limit)
